IS YOUR THEATRE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes. Wheelchair seating is located at the front and back of the auditorium. Please locate the front of house supervisor when you arrive and they will be happy to escort you. I HAVE AN INJURY AND CANNOT CLIMB VERY MANY STAIRS. ARE THERE SEATS AVAILABLE THAT ARE LEVEL WITH THE FLOOR?
Yes. We recommend arriving early in order to guarantee an accessible seat. Please locate the front of house supervisor when you arrive. DO YOU HAVE HEARING ASSISTANCE DEVICES?
Yes. Please ask one of our ushers or front of house supervisors. You will be asked to provide a piece of I.D which will be returned to you upon return of the assistance device.
I WILL BE ATTENDING THE PERFORMANCE WITH MY 1 YEAR OLD CHILD. DO I HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR A TICKET OR CAN THEY SIT IN MY LAP?
The babe in arm policy varies depending on the producing company. Please contact the box office number listed on the event listing for the policy surrounding specific shows.
WHAT TIME DOES THE BOX OFFICE OPEN?
The box office opens one (1) hour before show time.
DO YOU DO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON TICKET SALES?
The companies that rent the theatre manage their own box office and therefore have varying policies surrounding refunds and exchanges. Please contact the box office number on the event listing for details on specific events.
WHEN CAN I GO INTO THE THEATRE TO GET A SEAT?
Doors to the theatre will open 30 minutes before show time.
AM I ALLOWED TO BRING FOOD INTO THE THEATRE?
We do not allow food or drink, except for bottled water, inside the theatre. The only exception to this rule is if the bleacher-style seating has been removed for special events or social engagements.
MY CHILD IS PERFORMING. WHERE CAN I PICK THEM UP AFTER THE SHOW?
Friends and relatives are asked to wait in the main lobby for performers
DO YOU HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?

CAN I VOLUNTEER WITH THE AL GREEN THEATRE?
Volunteers are not employed by the theatre as front of house/ushering staff. Some of the companies who rent our space may have volunteer opportunities. Please contact the rental companies for more information.

HOW DO I GET TO THE AGT?
Take either LINE 2 Bloor/Danforth or LINE 1 Yonge/University/Spadina line to Spadina Station.
Take Bloor Street east to Spadina Ave., or take the Gardner to Spadina Ave and then north to Bloor Street.
Take Danforth Ave. west until it turns into Bloor Street and continue west to Spadina Ave., or take the Gardner Expressway to Spadina Ave. and then north to Bloor Street.
Take the Allen Expressway to Eglinton and go east to Spadina Rd, then south to Bloor St., or take Bathurst Street south to Bloor Street and then east to Spadina Ave.
